Property was beautiful, we enjoyed this place.

It made our trip to East Dubuque a fairly nice experience. The rooms were spotless with 2 double beds, the staff were pleasant. The hotel was in a favourable location not far from Dubuque and Galena and Illinois and electrical outlets. 

Courteous and good staff and attention to detail. Its great service.

This was an enjoyable stay for one night. The rooms where spotlessly clean and view at sunset was magnificent. Pillows and bed were comfy, I enjoyed it. The location was nice and marvellous for me as it was adjacent to the Diamond Jo Casino. 

The hotel is clean and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are amazingly nice and amicable, no reason to complain. All in all they offer great service. And the pool is nice. The location is favourable, short walk 

Booked a room where jacuzzi is. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. The hotel's position was lovely and marvellous, in the middle of jackson.

Well, the area was disgusting overall.

The location is ideal with a nearby restaurant and golf course. The room met expectations, equipped with a fridge and microwave. The friendly staff promptly resolved any issues. The aircon was quickly replaced, showing great service. Worth the money

After spending the day in Galena, it was very relaxing to experience the tranquility of our accommodations. Much better than we expected. A non-smoking room is important & we got that, plus being able to open the sliding doors & have the fresh air. Another bonus,

The continental breakfast was adequate and the balcony was nice.

The room we were given had not been cleaned yet. We were given nothing for our inconvenience. A couple in the lobby said they had the same problem previously and they were given a free nite stay.

Staff took care of problems in a timely manner, pool, whirlpool and suana were nice as was the workout room. Hotel was recently refurbished nicely and new paint.

My recent stay at Quality Inn was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast selection was good, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Even though there were a couple of minor issues, the staff was quick to address them. I would recommend
